If your car is used to transport explosives in a commercial capacity or on a trailer, or if it is used in the UK or outside, it must pass the ADR test. It can also be used to transport dangerous materials in a fixed tank, demountable tank, or fixed battery of pressure vessels with a capacity greater than 1,000 litres. Make a training appointment. Pass the training exams and enrol in the ADR driving training. Your certifications are only valid for five years, so take refresher courses and exams to maintain your status.
